Instagram DP Download is an independent informational and utility website that helps users view and save Instagram display pictures that are already publicly available. Features, availability, and resolution depend on what Instagram stores and exposes for a given profile (typically up to 1080×1080 for modern uploads — see Instagram DP size and resolution).
We are not Meta, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, or WhatsApp. “Instagram” and related marks belong to their owners. Use of those names is descriptive only.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may use the public tool without creating an InstaDPDownload account. You must be old enough to consent to online services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for how you use downloaded images on your devices.
3. Acceptable use

4. Intellectual property and user responsibilities
Profile pictures remain the intellectual property (and sometimes personal data) of their authors or subjects. Fetching a publicly available image does not transfer copyright, personality rights, or trademark rights to you. You must not use a saved DP in ways that infringe rights or break the law — for example, commercial ads without permission, deepfakes, or account spoofing.
Our website text, design, logos we created, and original guides (including the topical blog on Instagram DP topics) are owned by InstaDPDownload or licensed to us. You may not copy our guides wholesale for competing products without permission.

6. No warranty

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaDPDownload and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or device damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on any guide. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to zero currency units because the core tool is free, or the minimum amount required by mandatory consumer law in your country if that limit is not enforceable.
