We provide a browser tool to preview and save Instagram display pictures that are already publicly available. We are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. Features may change without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use Instagram-related tools under the laws of your country. You are responsible for compliance with local law.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the tool only for lawful purposes
- Do not attempt to access private posts, stories, or accounts beyond publicly available profile photos
- Do not abuse the service with automated flooding that degrades availability
- Do not use downloaded images to harass, impersonate, defraud, or infringe others’ rights
4. Intellectual property
Site branding, layout, and original text belong to InstaDPDownload. Instagram profile photos remain the copyright of their uploaders or rights holders. Saving a public DP for personal reference does not transfer ownership to you.

6. No warranty

12. Governing law
Unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise, these Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
