1. Important context about profile pictures
Our tool helps users access Instagram display pictures that Instagram already makes publicly reachable. We do not host a social network of user-uploaded galleries. Copyright claims should identify specific material on our pages or servers, not merely the existence of a public Instagram photo on Instagram itself.
2. What a valid DMCA notice should contain

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material on our site that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL precise enough for us to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act

4. Our process after receiving a notice
We review complete notices, may remove or disable access to material hosted by us when appropriate, and may notify the affected user when we have contact details. Incomplete notices may receive no action until required elements are supplied.
5. Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief removal was a mistake, your name/address/phone, and consent to local jurisdiction as required by DMCA practice. Email the same address with subject DMCA Counter-Notice.
6. Misrepresentation
Submitting false claims can create legal liability. Only file notices you are entitled to file.
