This Privacy Policy explains how InstaDPDownload (“Instagram DP Download”, “Insta DP Download”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use https://instadpdownload.net/.
The product is a browser tool for opening and saving already-public Instagram display pictures. It is not Instagram and is not affiliated with Meta.

1. What this service is (and is not)
We provide a web interface to preview and download public profile photos Instagram already exposes. We do not unlock private posts, stories, or DMs. We do not require an Instagram login to use the core viewer.
2. Data we intentionally do not collect
- Instagram passwords
- A permanent public archive of every username you look up
- Payment card data for the free DP viewer (there is no paid tier for core lookups)
3. Data that may be processed while you use the site
- Technical logs — IP address, user agent, timestamps, and basic request metadata may appear in hosting or security logs
- Lookup input — the username or URL you paste is processed to fetch the public image; we do not treat that field as an account registration
- Cookies / local storage — may be used for basic site function, preferences, or analytics if enabled
- Communications — if you email us, we process the content of that message to reply
4. Purposes
We process technical data to operate the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and respond to legal requests when required.
5. Public Instagram content and third parties
Profile photos you view are hosted or originated by Instagram/Meta infrastructure. Your use of Instagram remains governed by Instagram’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for Instagram’s availability or content decisions.
6. Retention
Server and security logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymised according to hosting practices. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve your request.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with hosting, security, or professional advisors when required to run the service, or when law requires disclosure.
8. International transfers
Infrastructure may process data in countries different from yours. We rely on appropriate hosting providers and contractual safeguards where applicable.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data we hold about you (for example, email threads). Contact contact@instadpdownload.net with the subject “Privacy Request”.
10. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use it if you are under the applicable age.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical measures appropriate to a small web tool. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date on the page or the revised text itself marks the change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
